For the second time in as many seasons, Brandon Hogg will not be completing his Midwest Professional Basketball Association season with the St. Louis RiverSharks.
That's because the guard from Southern Indiana has signed a pro contract to play in Sheffield, England. Last season, Hogg signed mid-season in Albania. In one game this season, Hogg scored 12 points on 5-of-8 shooting. He also dished out five assists. Hogg averaged 20.5 points per game in eleven games for St. Louis in 2015.
Hogg becomes the 22nd player to sign overseas or in a higher league since the MPBA began play in January 2015.
