Data shows increased discussion is key to change

Super Bowl XLIX could set a record today for television viewership, with upwards of 113 million people expected to tune in to see the Patriots and Seahawks vie for professional football's ultimate prize.

And among the clever advertisements for which companies have paid nearly $360 million, there will be a 60-second spot that will have the nation talking on Monday.

It's not an ad for beer or cars, and it doesn't feature camels or talking babies.

It tackles the difficult subject of domestic violence, and it's based on an actual 911 call made by a victim of domestic violence.

The spot was produced by NOMORE.org, and the Midwest Professional Basketball Association is proud to have announced in December a partnership with the Corporate Alliance to End Partner Violence to take a stand against domestic violence and sexual assault by saying NO MORE.

You can watch the Super Bowl spot here.

And if you, or someone you know needs IMMEDIATE HELP for a domestic violence situation, call 911.

You can also find more resources for further assistance, counseling, and referrals to local advocacy centers here

It's time to say NO MORE.
