PONTIAC, Illinois - For the second time in three days, the Pontiac 66ers are making roster changes due to foreign signings.

This time it's Garrett Jefferson and Thomas Staton, both of whom will be departing for Peru.  On Wednesday, Jo'el Clarke left the team for El Salvador.

Jefferson started five games for the 66ers, averaging 17.6 points and 4.8 rebounds on the season.

Jefferson is a 6'3" guard from the University of Hawaii.

Staton, a 6'6" guard from University of Missouri-Kansas City, started five games for Pontiac, and averaged 8.8 points and 4.6 rebounds per game.

Jefferson and Staton are the twelfth and thirteenth Midwest Professional Basketball Association player to advance overseas since the 2016 season started on January 9, and the 32nd and 33rd to move up since the league began play in January of 2015.
