December 18, 2015

Marcus Goode, who played for the St. Louis RiverSharks during the inaugural Midwest Professional Basketball Association season in 2015, has signed a contract in Australia, becoming the twentieth player to advance from the MPBA to a foreign or higher-level league.

In being named First Team All-MPBA and to the All-Defensive Team, the 6'10" center averaged 18.7 points and 8.7 rebounds per game after joining the team in mid-February 2015.

Goode becomes the sixth RiverSharks player under coach Al Grushkin to advance from the MPBA.
